Answers for carriers.
What carriers ask before registering, quoting jobs and preparing their trucks.
Getting started
Who can register as a carrier?
Thai-registered companies and individuals with suitable vehicles and valid driving documents. Insurance is optional, but showing it helps customers choose your offer.
Do I need to work full time?
No. Many carriers use SendMoto to fill return trips and gaps between existing commercial routes.
Which languages are supported?
SendMoto works in English, Russian and Thai. Carrier support is available in Thai and English first.
Jobs and deliveries
How do I win a job?
Send a clear quote: price, pickup timing, vehicle type, loading plan and any insurance or protection you offer.
Can I handle non-running vehicles?
Yes, if you have the right equipment for safe loading - a winch, slide-on bed or suitable crew.
What happens if I am late?
Tell the customer as early as possible and keep pickup and delivery notes in writing so expectations stay clear.
Money and commission
What is the launch commission?
Carriers who register before 30 September 2026 pay 0% platform commission for 6 months from their first booking.
What happens after the promo?
The standard 8% commission applies and is always shown before you confirm a job.
Are there other platform fees?
No. There is no listing fee, no verification fee and no monthly subscription.
